Two coworkers, whose bond transcended the boundaries of the workplace, harboured aspirations of establishing their own enterprise.

Embarking on their entrepreneurial journey, they established their business in a humble store. They diligently completed their regular job duties and then dedicated their evenings to Sysquare, working persistently until the early hours of the morning.

Initially focused on product development, they invested immense efforts into realizing their vision. However, due to limited resources, the product's growth fell short of their initial expectations.

As a result of the product's failure, the two individuals contemplated expanding their organization by introducing a new segment, CONSULTING and OUTSOURCING.

Taking a decisive step forward, they recruited their initial team members and commenced operations at a fresh location.

With great enthusiasm, the team embarked on web development projects, successfully accomplishing their first assignment with excellence. This achievement served as a catalyst for their growth and paved the way for acquiring numerous opportunities across diverse industries.

As the team expanded in size, it became evident that the space could no longer accommodate everyone. Consequently, they made the strategic choice to relocate to a new premises.

Inspired by their shared vision, the two conceived the idea of venturing into the mobile application development industry. This pivotal decision prompted them to welcome new talent into their growing company.

In 2016, one of the colleagues made the decision to depart from their previous employment and wholeheartedly dedicated themselves to their entrepreneurial pursuits. They explored various roles and concentrated on the continuous expansion of their own business.

Through relentless efforts from both individuals, they ventured into various domains and engaged with clients. As a result, they began securing projects, propelling their growth towards resounding success.

Through immense dedication and hard work, the team reached a significant milestone of completing over 100 successful projects, earning the trust and satisfaction of more than 30 clients from around the globe.

As time progressed, they expanded their services to enterprise business as well and set up the first organization in Jaipur to start SAP and MS-DYNAMICS consulting. We welcomed new members into the growing Sysquare family, and relocated to another bigger site, establishing our esteemed CORPORATE HEADQUARTERS in India.

As the company started experiencing growth, another co-founder also joined his partner as full time after leaving his job. However, a challenging period ensued with the onset of the COVID pandemic, causing difficulties in retaining clients and resources and leading to a significant increase in the company's financial burdens. Nevertheless, post the challenges posed by COVID, the company not only managed to outperform competitors but also soared to prominence within the IT & Consultancy industry getting its first offshore office in JAPAN.

Reaching a significant milestone, the company accomplished over 200 successful projects and garnered the trust of more than 40 clients across the globe.

Helped education institutes to hire their talent and give them wider horizon and better exposure globally which was much needed after COVID specially.

Established a new branch office in the United States, expanding our global presence. Additionally, we successfully acquired new clients in Germany, Singapore, and Australia, broadening our customer base internationally.

We are diligently focused on expanding our organizational structure to effectively oversee multiple offshore offices, with Germany being the next addition. Additionally, we are actively exploring opportunities in product development and venturing into the realm of Virtual Reality.
